| do anything else. For cleanliness, you can remove the whole EGR, but why? If you need to pass emissions it's nice to have that nerf'ed PoS sitting there. Just remove the tubes going to the under side of the upper plenum. (The tubes have 2 small bolts each on the EGR, those bolts point towards the fenders) If worst comes to worst, I've heard of others cutting the tubes on the back side of the engine then cap them with JB Weld and put the "plates" on the bottom of the upper plenum. Next time the motor is out, you can fully remove it if you want.
